GAIA STRUCTURES, LLC: Bob Speck, an architectural/structural engineer with 25 years of experience designing building structures in Upstate New York and Southern Vermont, designs timber-framed and natural residences for various timber framers and builders in the region.  Bob enjoys finding healthy, creative, and sustainable solutions for the projects on which he works, as well as building lasting relationships with the people with whom he works.

The Adaptive Sports Foundation's (ASF) www.adaptivesportsfoundation.org mission is to provide seasonal recreational activities for people with special needs. The program offers specialized training to family members, friends and other individuals for helping their disables loved ones or students acheive their goals. Jo Kirsch and Bob Speck are working part-time at ASF this winter. Bob is training instructors, Jo is training and assisting with special events.
